eine halbwegs s i n n v o l l e Ordnung i n unser Informations-Management
zu k r i e g e n . E s z e i c h n e t s i c h d e n n o c h e i n e p r a k t i k a b l e S t r u k t u r
ab. W i r b r a u c h e n e i n f ü r a l l e l e i c h t e r l e r n b a r -es u n d
f o r m a l i s i e r t e s Informations-Management, um m i t den Massen a n
Te x t e n f e r t i g z u w e r d e n . D a s m u ß j e t z t s e h r s c h n e l l s t e h e n , w e i l
d i e P r o j e k t a r b e i t i m v o l l e n G a n g e i s t . A b e r e s muß a u c h g u t
durchdacht s e i n , w e i l e s dann n i c h t mehr s t ä n d i g ändert können.
Wir a r b e i t e n s c h o n s e i t z w e i J a h r e n m i t M a i l b o x e n - a b e r d i e s
sind v ö l l i g neue Anforderungen auf d i e w i r n i c h t e i n g e s t e l l t
AeN w a r e n . I n n e r h a l b w e n i g e r T a g e i s t e i n h a l b e r L e i z o r d e r n g e f ü l l t .
Das w e n i g s t e d a v o n i s t " I n f o r m a t i o n s - G e r ö l l " . D u r c h d i e s e
Anforderungen haben w i r schon wärend d e r kurzen P r o j e k t - Z e i t
eine Menge Neues l e r n e n müssen - w o r a u f w i r b e i m ü b l i c h e n
M a i l b o x - G e p l ä t s c h e r w a h r s c h e i n l i c h n i e gekommen w ä r e n .
Boxbetreiber Reinhard Schrutzki war gar n i c h t damit
einverstanden, d a ß w i r u n s q u a l l e n a r t i g ü b e r s e i n e ganze Box
ausbreiteten. Das i s t v e r s t ä n d l i c h - andere haben andere
Interessen und wollen n i c h t ständig von irgendwelchen
Vielschreibern b e l ä s t i g t werden. Zudem w i l l Reinhard auch
w e i t e r h i n e i n e Box b e t r e i b e n , i n d e r d i e f ü r Normalbürger
kryptischen Computer--Infos angeboten werden.
Also h a t e r uns Werkstatt--Bretter e i n g e r i c h t e t wo w i r uns
austoben und e x p e r i m e n t i e r e n können ohne d i e anderen z u s t ö r e n .
Das h a t e r s t m a l u n s e r g a n z e n s c h ö n e s O r g a - K o n z e p t d u r c h e i n a n d e r
gebracht.
Das P r o j e k t h a t a l o s w i e e i n e B o m b e e i n g e s c h l a g e n . S o s e h r u n s
das f r e u t , d i e Box i s t d e s h a l b s t ä n d i g b e l e g t . E s s t e h t n u r e i n
Te l e f o n a n s c h l u ß z u r V e r f ü g u n g . E s g i l t z u l e r n e n m i t d e n G r e n z e n
der Te c h n i k umzugehen. E i n e v i e l e i c h t a u c h n i c h t u n w i c h t i g e
Erfahrung f ü r e i n g e f l e i s c h t e Computerfreaks wie w i r. Zunächst
müssen w i r k o n z e n t r i e r t e r a r b e i t e n . N e u l i c h h i n g j w i v i e r
Stunden a u f d e r L e i t u n g . I m m e r h i n Sonntagsmorgens z w i s c h e n 5 . 0 0
und 9 . 0 0 U h r . D a s c h l a f e n d i e m e i s t e n . J e t z t w i r d n u r n o c h o f f l i n e e d i t i e r t u n d w i r müssen e s u n s abgewöhnen m i t
durchgeschalteter Te l e f o n l e i t u n g ( o n - l i n e ) i n d e r Box z u
schreiben. O n - l i n s Antworten i s t auch i n h a l t l i c h n i c h t g u t .
Meißt s i n d d i e Te x t e s p o n t a n r u n t e r g e s c h r i e b e n u n d i n h a l t l i c h
wenig d u r c h d a c h t .
Das i s t a b e r t y p i s c h f ü r d i e b i s h e r i g e M a i l b o x n u t z u n g . D i e
kommerziellen werben s o g a r d a m i t , d a ß man eben ganz s c h n e l l a u f
eine N a c h r i c h t r e a g i e r e n k a n n . Wenn man e r n s t h a f t a r b e i t e t ,
s t e l l t man s e h r s c h n e l l f e s t , d a ß d a s e i g e n t l i c h Schwachsinn
i s t . W i r müssen a n d e r e Kommunikations-Gewohnheiten e n t w i c k e l n .
Nicht g l e i c h losschießen, sondern erstmal abschalten und über
das, w a s d e r a n d e r e g e s c h r i e b e n h a t nachdenken. A n d e r f a l l s

e n t s t e h e n v i e l e S p o n t a n - Te x t e - u n d w i r h a b e n ü b e r w i e g e n
" D i s k u s s i o n e n " , d i e n a c h dem P r i n z i p d e r D u r c h l a u f e r h i t z e r
e n t s t e h e n . Unangenehm i s t d a n n , d a s z w i s c h e n dem ganzen
aneinander v o r b e i geschriebenen Spontan- G e r ö l l b i s w e i l e n e c h t e
G e i s t e s b l i t z e v e r s t e c k t s i n d . D i e muß m a n d a n n u n t e r v i e l S c h u t t
ausgraben. A n d i e s e r S t e l l e s p o t t e t d a s S c h l a g w o r t " E f f e k t i v i t ä t
durch Computer" Hohn.
