zugeschlagen. A m 1 . Mai. h a t t e S t e p h a n e i n e n B e i t r a g m i t dem
Ti t e l " M a i l b o x i n den Kinderschuhen" i n d i e Box geschoben. S e i n
U r t e i l w a r v e r n i c h t e n d . Z u v i e l Te c h n i k r a u s c h k e n n z e i c h n e d i e
Szene. E s w e r d e v e r k a n n t , d a s Te c h n i k n u r M i t t e l z u m Zweck s e i .
Es g e l t e , s t ä r k e r e i n h a l t l i c h e A k z e n t e z u s e t z e n . D i e s e
Einschätzung haben andere lange v o r ihm auch schon geschrieben.
Es w a r a l s o n i c h t s N e u e s . D o c h m a n c h m a l k o m m t e s n i c h t d r a u f a n ,
was g e s a g t w i r d , s o n d e r n z u w e l c h e m Z e i t p u n k t e i n e A u s s a g e
kommt. S t e p h a n h a t t e , o h n e e s v i e l l e i c h t z u w i s s e n , m i t e i n e m
k l e i n e n A n t i c k d e r s c h o n l a n g e u n t e r dem Te p p i c h b r o d e l n d e n
Diskussion zum Durchbruch v e r h o l f e n .
Niemand s o l l t e b e h a u p t e n , C o m p u t e r n e t z e s e i e n m e n s c h e n l e e r e
Gebilde. Wer einmal d i e Gruppendynamik a u f s o l c h e n Netzen
m i t e r l e b t h a t , bekommt e i n s e h r i n t e n s i v e s Ve r h ä l t n i s zurKommunikation m i t Menschen. Vo r a u s g e s e t z t , d i e s e Netze s i n d
nicht i n i r g e n w e i c h e w i r t s c h a f t l i c h e n Sachzwänge eingebunden.
Stephans B e i t r a g bekam "postwendend" -- und d a s h e i ß t b e i d i e s e m
Medium, i n n e r h a l b w e n i g e r S t u n d e n , e i n e A n t w o r t v o n J ü r g e n . D e r
hatte sich gleich "heißgeschrieben" und schlug vor, e i n
Buchprojekt a n z u l e i e r n . S p o n t a n kamen Rückmeldungen v o n anderen
Boxteilnehmern, d i e diesen Vorschlag, t e i l s skeptisch t e i l s
p o s i t i v a u f g r i f f e n . A l s dann Stephan e i n e ganze L i s t e präzsiser
Fragen z u r G e s t a l t u n g d i e s e s B u c h p r o j e k t e s s t e l l t e , w u r d e a u s
der " m a l e b e n h i n g e s c h r i e b e n e n I d e e " e i n k o n k r e t e s P r o j e k t .
Ja, w i e s o l l t e e s g e s t a l t e t werden? G u t e I d e e n g i b t e s a u f
Mailboxen s t ä n d i g . J e nach a l l g e m e i n e r B e f i n d l i c h k e i t d e r Te i l n e h m e r w e r d e n d i e s e I d e e n e u p h o r i s c h a u f g e g r i f f e n o d e r
überhaupt n i c h t z u r K e n n t n i s genommen. D o c h a u c h wenn e i n e I d e e
gut ankommt h a n d e l t e s s i c h m e i ß t um S t r o h f e u e r, s e h r b a l d l ä ß t
das I n t e r e s s e n a c h .
Die e i n z i g e M ö g l i c h k e i t w a r, s e h r s c h n e l l e i n
Organisationsrahmen z u entwickeln, s o daß s i c h d i e Autoren e r s t
gar n i c h t a n F o r m a l i t ä t e n u n d O r g a n i s a t i o n s f r a g e n a b a r b e i t e n
müssen u n d g l e i c h i n h a l t l i c h l o s a r b e i t e n k ö n n e n . E i n
Drahtseilakt, denn n i c h t s i s t i n d i e s e r Szene t ö d l i c h , a l s den
Ve r s u c h z u u n t e r n e h m e n , d i e L e u t e i n i r g e n d w e l c h e
Organisationsrahmen z u pressen. Doch w i r brauchten e i n e A r t
"Organisations-Werkzeug", d a m i t n i c h t , w i e sonst ü b l i c h , a l l e s
im " I n f o r m a t i o n s g e r ö l l " u n t e r g e h t .
"Informationsmanagement" a u f p r i v a t e n Mailboxen war das
Zauberwort - Erfahrungen dazu l a g e n n u r b e d i n g t v o r. E h e w i r u n s
versahen, bewegten w i r uns schon a u f Neuland. S o waren d i e
e r s t e n Ta g e d e s P r o j e k t s v o m A u f b a u e i n e s
Organisationsrahmen geprägt.
Nach d e r e r s t e n W o c h e i s t u n s e r E i n d r u c k s e h r p o s i t i v . O f f e n
bleibt, ob nach der anfänglichen Begeisterung eine
k o n t i n u i e r l i c h e A r b e i t m ö g l i c h w i r d . D i e Voraussetzungen d a f ü r
sind j e d e n f a l l s geschaffen.
